Diana Harshbarger, a U.S. Congress member representing Tennessee’s 1st district, has been vocal on various issues through her recent tweets. She succeeded Phil Roe in 2021 and is known for her strong stance on matters concerning online safety, judicial accountability, and Medicaid reform.

On March 26, 2025, Harshbarger expressed her concerns regarding online predators. She described them as “sick, depraved, possessed, and dangerous criminals” and conveyed her anger over children being victimized by deepfake pornographic images. She emphasized the necessity for the House to pass the Take It Down Act to address this issue. “These online predators are sick, depraved, possessed, and dangerous criminals…”

In another tweet on the same day, Harshbarger criticized activist judges for obstructing former President Trump’s America First agenda. She mentioned that House Republicans are considering various options to hold these judges accountable for their actions against the mandate given by American voters. “These activist judges are preventing President Trump from implementing the America First agenda…”

Later that day, Harshbarger addressed concerns surrounding Medicaid eligibility amid Democratic criticism. She assured that no eligible individual would lose Medicaid benefits while accusing liberal states of mismanaging the program. Her focus remains on eliminating waste and fraud within Medicaid to ensure its sustainability. “Don’t listen to the hooting and hollering from Democrats—no one who should have Medicaid is going to lose it!”
