In a post from April 2, 2025, Harshbarger expressed her enthusiasm for participating in a panel with Politico, focusing on Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and prescription drug pricing reform. She tweeted, “It was great participating in today’s @POLITICO panel to discuss all things PBM reform! One thing we can all agree on is that we must reform PBMs and reduce prescription drug prices — I’m proud to be a leader in this fight.”
On April 3, 2025, Harshbarger took to social media to express her views on governmental efficiency and alleged wrongdoing within its ranks. She stated, “The ones who scream the loudest about making our government more efficient are the fraudsters. What are they so afraid of?”
Later that day, Harshbarger addressed her concerns about the role of district judges in setting national policy. She asserted, “District judges should not be setting policy for the entire nation. We are taking steps to keep activist judges in check.”
