Harshbarger, who has been a healthcare professional for nearly four decades, expressed her enthusiasm regarding these initiatives through a series of tweets.
On February 13, 2025, Rep. Harshbarger commented on the establishment of President Trump’s Make America Healthy Again Commission. She stated: “I’ve been a healthcare professional for almost 40 years, and let me tell you, the news of President Trump’s Make America Healthy Again Commission is HUGE news.” She praised Trump’s continuous efforts to deliver results for Americans with the exclamation “MAHA!”
The following day, February 14, 2025, she expressed pride in being part of a new caucus aimed at advancing this initiative. Her tweet read: “Proud to be part of this caucus — let’s get to work and MAHA!”
Later that same day, Harshbarger addressed national energy concerns as a member of the House Commerce Committee. She emphasized the importance of domestic energy production for national security and economic growth. Her statement highlighted Trump’s role in this area: “As a member of @HouseCommerce, I know how crucial it is for us to unleash domestic energy for our national security and economic prosperity.” She also mentioned the formation of the National Energy Dominance Council by Trump with enthusiasm encapsulated in “Drill, baby, drill!”
