Diana Harshbarger, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Tennessee’s 1st district since 2021, shared her views on social media regarding the policies of former President Donald Trump. Harshbarger, who succeeded Phil Roe in Congress, is known for her support of Trump’s administration and its initiatives.
In a post dated March 5, 2025, Harshbarger expressed optimism about Trump’s impact on the nation’s economy. She stated that “President Trump is going to Make America Affordable Again! We’ve inherited a total mess from the previous administration, and President Trump is cleaning it up.”
On the same day, she further emphasized Trump’s energy policies by stating “America will be energy dominant again! President Trump is unleashing American energy, putting our economy back on track.” This indicates her belief in the economic benefits of domestic energy production.
Additionally, Harshbarger posted a succinct message reinforcing her stance on energy production with “DRILL, BABY, DRILL!” showcasing her advocacy for increased drilling activities.
