Two Railsplitters posted pins at the Women's Trojan Invite on Saturday in the first ever meet for the Lincoln Memorial women's wrestling team.
Both Stephanie Castro and Ashley Morris posted falls over opponents from Mount Olive, with Castro's coming in the 155 pound weight class over Isabella Kessey in just 43 seconds, and Morris's in the 123 pound weight class over Jillian Timberlake in 2:04.
Castro went 1-1 overall on the day, while Morris posted a 1-2 record in individual matches for the Railsplitters.
Lincoln Memorial's next scheduled competition is a dual match against Mount Olive in Mary Mars Gym on Nov. 12 for the first home match in program history.
