On Sunday, March 2, former Morristown East High School standout Kennedy Payne’s current college team, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Kennesaw State Owls.
The game took place at Bailey Park. This was their first matchup against the Owls this season.
The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 5 p.m. at Betty Basler Field against Mercyhurst Lakers.
