Our LMU College of Dental Medicine (pending accreditation) has partnered with Appalachian Miles For Smiles and the Health Wagon to serve Kingsport, the Tri-Cities and Southwest Virginia. LMU-CDM and AMFS hosted a free dental clinic yesterday at the Kingsport Farmers Market which included music played by local dentists, a press conference, and a ceremonial signing of a memorandum of understanding between LMU and AMFS. The free clinic will continue through today.
