On November 19, Rep. Harshbarger emphasized the significance of enhancing healthcare in rural communities during Rural Health Week. She stated, "Over 60 million Americans live in rural communities throughout the country! During Rural Health Week, we recognize the importance of improving healthcare for those communities."

In a tweet dated November 20, Rep. Harshbarger criticized an initiative by the Department of Energy under President Biden's administration regarding LNG exports. She remarked that "Biden’s Department of Energy is attempting to hamstring the Trump Administration by rushing to release a study that would create the groundwork for future legal challenges against LNG exports." She affirmed that @HouseCommerce is committed to promoting American energy independence.

Later on November 20, Rep. Harshbarger expressed support for Matt Whitaker as an ambassador to NATO under former President Trump's policies. She commented that "President Trump promised to bring back peace through strength and @MattWhitaker46 is just the man to do it." Additionally, she praised Whitaker's potential contribution to executing Trump's priorities and advocating America First policies.
