Rep. Diana Harshbarger, representing Tennessee’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, shared her views on several topics through a series of tweets. The tweets addressed issues ranging from international peace efforts to legislative achievements and energy security.

On February 5, 2025, Rep. Harshbarger expressed support for former President Trump’s efforts in Gaza. She stated: "This is what the leader of the free world looks like, folks. President Trump campaigned on securing peace in Gaza, and he’s doing just that. Promises made, promises kept — it’ll never get old."

Later that day, she highlighted the legislative accomplishments of her party by tweeting: "In one month, the @HouseGOP has passed 50 bills. Republicans in the House are fighting every day for our constituents and delivering real results!" This tweet underscores her emphasis on Republican efforts to deliver tangible outcomes for their constituents.

In another tweet on February 5, 2025, Rep. Harshbarger discussed energy security's importance as part of national security strategy: "WATCH: Today, I had the chance to help set the record straight for some of my colleagues on the other side of the aisle. Energy security IS national security, and it’s essential that we have new oil expansions." This statement reflects her advocacy for expanding oil production as a means to ensure national security.
