Congratulations to Jim Brooks (pictured right) on his recent promotion to Detective Lieutenant. Jim has worked for the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office for 18 years. He started as a Corrections Officer in 2004 and worked his way through the ranks serving as a Patrolman and Detective Sergeant. We thank Jim, wife Tammy, and children for the service and dedication to the Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of Hamblen County.
