In one tweet, Rep. Harshbarger noted an allocation of "$1,999,990 'To negotiate an award to strengthen trans-led organizations to deliver gender-affirming health care, advocate for improved quality and access to services, and provide economic empowerment opportunities to the transgender community' in Guatemala". This funding aims to support trans-led organizations in their efforts within Guatemala.

Another tweet from the same date mentioned a budget of "$2,400,000 'for more inclusive consideration of sexual orientation, gender identity, sexual characteristics in humanitarian assistance'". This allocation is intended to enhance inclusivity in humanitarian aid considerations.

Additionally, Rep. Harshbarger highlighted a fund of $2,250,000 for 'training on the implications of climate change' in Azerbaijan. The purpose of this funding is to provide training related to climate change impacts in Azerbaijan.
