In a tweet dated April 9, 2025, Harshbarger commented on President Trump's influence on international negotiations. She stated, "President Trump’s leadership on the global stage has brought 75 countries to the table to negotiate. America is finally going to get a fair shake because of President Trump’s strength."

Later the same day, she issued another statement regarding President Trump's diplomatic stance, specifically addressing China. On April 9, 2025, Harshbarger articulated, "The message to China, and the world, is clear: President Trump is not backing down and will always put America first."

In addition to international issues, Harshbarger highlighted a constituent service case on April 9, 2025. She described a situation involving the Foulks family, indicating her office's intervention on their behalf. Harshbarger tweeted, "MUST WATCH: The Foulks family was in a desperate situation—stuck overseas, fighting to bring their adopted daughter home so she could receive the life-saving care she urgently needed. As we do for all of our constituents in need, my team and I got to work immediately."
