On April 16, 2025, Harshbarger commented on what she perceives as expected rhetoric from Democratic politicians in response to a specific immigration case. "No one should be surprised by the rhetoric we’re hearing from Democrats who are sympathizing with an illegal alien who abused his wife."

The following day, April 17, 2025, Harshbarger expressed her support for actions taken by Governor Sarah Huckabee regarding Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).
